Payments

Cocoa May accept online payments by credit or debit card. Transactions are via PayPal, Worldpay or BACS transfer.

Cancellations

Please contact us on 07285789692 as soon as possible after ordering if you wish to cancel or amend your order. If your order has already been baked we will not be able to offer a refund.

Refunds & Returns

If goods have faults when they are delivered to you, please contact Cocoa May as soon as possible (within three working days) to arrange return or replacement. Goods must be returned and Cocoa May is not responsible for shipment costs unless previously agreed. Cocoa May will be happy to replace goods if the fault has occurred prior to delivery, or the price of the goods will be refunded via the original payment method.

Risk & Ownership

Risk of damage or loss of products passes to the customer at the time of delivery. Postal boxes are now letterbox friendly and Cocoa May can not be held responsible for any damage incurred during or after delivery. Customers must consider the potential risk of delivering chocolate products to recipients who own pets which may be harmed if they consume them.

Prices

All prices are as stated on the website but Cocoa May reserve the right to revise prices at any time and without notice.

We hope you will love your Cocoa May products, but if there are any problems please ensure they are returned within three days of receipt.

Cocoa May are unable to ship products internationally.
